Initiate Your Request
Log into your REFURB account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Your Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the device securely in its original packaging, including all cables and accessories provided.
Print and Ship
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
